Hi, I’m Leigh.

I’m a strategist, master facilitator and organizational development consultant. I work solo and with a team of collaborators to provide strategic consulting, coaching, workshops to develop critical and creative thinking while diving deep into issues related to diversity, equity, inclusion and justice. I was doing DEI before it was DEI. With over 25 years of experience, I have worked with thousands of leaders, organizers, activist and educators from around the world, supporting them as they address systemic power, privilege and oppression.

I have been working to advance gender equity for over 20 years.

  • Through engaging discussions and activities, I provide participants with tools, language, and insights needed to understand, affirm, and support the experiences of trans, transgender, nonbinary, and gender-nonconforming people and build and sustain gender-inclusive workplaces.

  • One-on-one coaching for to support your personal and professional growth while keeping you grounded in the values of equity, inclusion, justice and liberation. For trans folk and allies seeking to grow their solidarity and gender equity leadership.

  • Working with organizations to assess and evaluate gender-based bias, review policies and develop strategies for trans inclusion and gender equity.

  • Assessment, design and direction covering many areas of your organization’s programs, policies or procedures, including equity assessments, strategic planning, organizational values, review of policies, accountability practices and more.

  • Bespoke design and facilitation of workshops, training, dialogues, conferences and retreats. Using popular education, Theatre of the Oppressed and other interactive, embodied practices, events are tailor-made for your group to be as impactful, engaging and as fun as possible.

    Online events are interactive as well, using a variety of apps that invite participants to share and dialogue.

  • One-on-one and group equity coaching, supporting your deep reflection and practice. As a coach, I partner with clients in a thoughtful, reflective and creative process that supports your personal and professional growth. Some of the most common coaching topics I work on include equity leadership, responding to inequity, imposter syndrome, addressing privilege, and responding to conflict.
